Michael Jacques (pictured left) has been charged with the murder, sexual assault and kidnapping of his 12-year-old niece, Brooke Bennett, as well as the production and possession of child pornography. Jacques allegedly coerced a teenager, identified as J1, into sexual activity by telling her that an organization called Breckenridge was going to harm her and/or her parents if she didn't comply.
Jacques apparently sent the girl e-mails from multiple addresses in order to convince her that there were multiple members to this non-existent group. J1 was then told that she would have to help Jacques with the "termination" of his niece. J1 allegedly helped Jacques to get Brook to his home under the pretense that they were going to a pool party. Once there he sexually assaulted her, strangled her then suffocated the pre-teen with a plastic bag over her head. Jacques could face the death penalty.
MURDER ON THE DANCE FLOOR
Singer Jessica Simpson preformed live on Dancing with the Stars earlier this week. One of the songs she performed was a cover of Robbie Williams' "Angels." However, the fun show turned violent as she thoroughly murdered the song. Simpson was noted for her warbling and struggle to hit the high notes.
At the end of the performance Angels truly destroyed and this amateur karaoke night wailing will forever taint the memory of the amazing Robbie Williams' single that defined his career. Unfortunately, no legal actions will be taken against Simpson for her vicious, vicious crime.
DREAMS ARE DREAMS
John Graeme McKenzie, 22, has been convicted of murdering his former best friend, Todd Leslie. McKenzie allegedly had been planning to kill someone for three or four years. He had also accumulated a library of violent media as well as having destructive dreams.
After the killing, McKenzie attempted suicide by slicing his wrists and throat. However, he was not successful and instead called for emergency services. McKenzie pleaded guilty to one count of murder and was sentenced to a maximum of 20 years in prison. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Kaye stated. "You murdered him in cold blood to gratify your perverted interest in killing another human being."
SMOKING GUN'S WORLD DUMBEST CRIMINALS
I was looking for a good stupid criminal story and, once again, no one seemed quite worthy. Although, I'm not sure if a lack of criminal stupidity is a good thing or not. Either way, a quick trip to YouTube soon uncovered a gold mind of moronic law breakers.
Enjoy!
